TRooTech Officially Certified as a Great Place to Work

It is official and we are thrilled.

If the idiom ‘you reap what you sow’ was a year, for us it would be 2022, years of effort and hard work of our team were finally rewarded and we are thrilled to share the news with you! We branched out, opened new offices, and moved to new bigger office spaces with better infrastructure. This was in itself a celebration-worthy achievement, but the cherry on top was being recognized and certified by “Great Place To Work” with a score of 90 points.

Great Place To Work® is a global authority that focuses on the evaluation and evolution of the work culture. Work-life balance is essential to building learning organizations. In order to build empowered teams and bring out creativity, a vibrant work culture is essential.

Great Place To Work® surveys the employees with an extensive questionnaire. Based on global metrics, they score and map the organization on the global index of work culture. And we are delighted to announce that the TRooTechians have scored a whooping 90% in the survey; rewarding us with the certification of Great Place to Work®.

We truly dedicate this certification to our people and to the leadership. In the 8-year of the journey of TRooTech, we have aimed to build a people-centric workplace. While we grow, we have kept a conscious focus on providing learning opportunities. And, we remain conscious to have fun while we can, whenever we can.

The TRooTech leadership strongly believes in the voice of the employees. We have an open-door policy where the opinions of the employees are heard, discussed, and placed importance on the basis of their value. We conduct frequent reward ceremonies to honor the contributions of the employees at regular intervals. Our review system requires the management to provide regular feedback to the team members. This ensures that we have a constant feedback system to optimize performance in a constructive manner.

That is not all. We have more to celebrate this year.

TRooTech expanded three-fold in the year 2022. We moved to a second office in Ahmedabad and a third office in Surat. We cannot thank the admin staff and the HR enough to make this extravagant plan work in such a short time.

However, with the growing demand for resources and demanding clients, it was a necessary step. We are proud of the fact that we have grown by 30% in employee strength in a single year. And, we will continue to do so in the year 2023.

To quote Benjamin Franklin, “Diligence is the mother of Good Luck”, it is our diligence, patience, and efforts that act as the fuel that has helped us to reach such a level of success.
