Relivr envisioned a next-generation web app that could allow users to create photobooks in under a minute. The goal was to merge AI-driven automation with an intuitive user interface to streamline the entire process—from selecting themes and uploading images to generating albums and finalizing orders.

TRooTech designed a system that offers ready-to-use themes (Family, Vacation, Lifestyle, etc.), AI-based layout suggestions, text generation, and live previews, while ensuring customizability at each stage. Users can finalize albums in A5, A4, or A3 sizes, choose cover materials, and opt for digital, physical, or both formats—all with pricing updates in real time.

To enhance the experience, features like social media integration, undo-redo editing, coupon-based discounts, invoice downloads, and sustainability tracking (trees planted per order) were added. The platform not only automates photobook generation but also allows post-AI edits, ensuring creative control while maintaining speed and precision.
