Engineered a Transport Management System for Chheda Specialities to Enhance Logistics Efficiency

Chheda Specialities Pvt. Ltd., an established food-producing company, needed a solid Transport Management System (TMS) to support their increasing logistics requirements and improve operational efficiency. Previously, the company relied heavily on manual processes, leading to delays in trip scheduling, driver coordination, and real-time fleet tracking. In order to solve these operational challenges, Chheda partnered with TRooTech to design and develop a scalable TMS that would automate key operational processes and provide real-time visibility for fleet operations, and streamline communication between transport administrators and drivers. The solution was developed with modern architecture, integrating ReactJS for a powerful web-based admin portal and Flutter for a bilingual (English + Hindi) driver app, ensuring inclusivity across the fleet. We also facilitated integration with Odoo ERP for seamless order management and backend operations. Real-time GPS tracking and intelligent notification capabilities were integrated to ensure operational accuracy.
