The client is a leading construction finance software company that allows streamlining expense management, automating spend tracking, and simplifying bookkeeping processes for construction companies, trading firms, and other business enterprises. The client came to us with the request to build a comprehensive mobile application for Android and iOS platforms to simplify expense management and track spending on the go. They wanted our development team to develop an application that automated accounting processes and transformed their financial workflow with seamless integration of payment systems. Based on the client’s requirements, our mobile app developers crafted cross-platform expense management software to efficiently organize spending and track receipts instantly. We also built functionality for the issuance of physical and virtual cards for team members with regulations and limits. We provided the facility to convert these physical and virtual cards into top-ups involves transferring the card balance into a prepaid account that can be used for future transactions. The bifurcation feature in the expense management system categorized spending into predefined categories and tracked each expense to generate reports for analysis and budget control.
