The client is a leading SaaS staff management software company based in Australia that provides real-time proximity-based IoT cloud solutions to various industries by capturing and analyzing field positioning data, task completion status, and delivering proof-of-service. It adheres to industry standard health and security compliance and complies with contract terms and conditions. The client approached our software development consultants and engineers to create advanced Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and the Internet of Things (IoT)-powered beacons to detect the accurate location of remote staff and worker’s physical location, and dwell time. They wanted us to build a sophisticated remote task monitoring software and work order management tool that could track real-time tasks and assets, enforce COVID-19 guidelines in the workplace, and enable clock-in and clock-out functionalities.
